Metro Shotgun Sports Team

Metro Shotgun Sports Team is a member of Scholastic Target Clay Program (SCTP).  

 

We are focused on providing opportunities for teens to explore shotgun shooting sports including

  • Trap

  • Skeet 

  • 5-Stand

  • Sporting Clays.

​

We want shooting to be safe, fun, build confidence and community and be affordable.

Competition Information

2025 Competition Season:  March 9th - April 13th, with a fun shoot planned for April 27th​

 

Competitions are are held at both Lincoln Trap & Skeet and Harry Koch Trap & Skeet​​

​​​​​​

Each competition allows you to choose what events you want to compete in.  You can choose just Trap, or all 3 for that location.  We encourage you to try them all.  

​

Additional Opportunities:  

  • Cornhusker High School State Shoot: (May 1st - 3rd in Doniphan, NE​​​)

  • SCTP NE State Competition (July 5th - July 6th in Grand Island, NE)

  • SCTP Nationals Competition (July 12th - July 19th in Marengo, OH)
